All your clients, what needs doing for them and when it is due. In one place.

  • Recurring tasks are generated from the templates you set up, with their due dates.
  • Everyone logs in and sees their own work: overdue, due today and due this week.
  • Request documents from clients with a link, no account needed, and the system can remind them if you turn it on.
  • A monthly report for every client showing what the firm did for them, with your logo and a QR code that proves it is authentic.

Tokenizador

Use AI with your clients' documents without showing it their data.

  • Finds Uruguayan ID numbers, RUT, mobile numbers and emails, and also hides the client names and companies you load.
  • Reads PDF and current Word, Excel and PowerPoint files (.docx, .xlsx, .pptx), plus photos (jpg, png, tif, bmp) and scanned PDFs.
  • Your originals are never touched: the AI only gets copies with codes.
  • Real data stays in an encrypted vault on your PC, protected by your password (each PC is approved once with it).

A day at the firm

In the morning, StudioHub tells you what is due today and who is on it. In the afternoon, Tokenizador lets you use AI on a client's contract without showing it their data.

Your data, protected by design

StudioHub

Each firm is kept separate from the others. Portal passwords are stored encrypted. Inside the application only people with permission can see them, and every time someone views them it is logged. You can require two-factor authentication (2FA).

Tokenizador

The app works on your computer: documents, the vault and your clients' data stay there. Only the coded folder goes to the AI, and you choose it.
